Free Economy Shipping
- Free economy shipping (2 -7 business days) is available on orders over $100.00. (Orders must have an actual or dimensional weight of 12 lbs. or less.)
- Offer not valid on badminton shuttlecocks, items indicated "not eligible for free shipping", cases of tennis balls, and orders containing demo rackets, or back-ordered items.
- Offer valid only in the contiguous U.S.
- Offer doesn’t apply to drop-shipped items.
- Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays.
- Limited time offer.
- Please do not choose this method if your order is less than $100.00. Otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled.
- All unused, unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All items must be returned in brand-new and resell-able condition (with the original package/wraps and the original tags). Items returned without original tags may be eligible for partial refund or store credit.
- Customers are solely responsible for the return shipping cost.
- You must request a Return Authorization (RA) from Cayman Sports. Please email: [email protected]
- Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment once the product is received in the required condition. It may take 2 – 5 business days for the refund to post to your account depending on the card.
- Racquets purchased as new must be returned as new for a full refund (This includes no ball fuzz, scrapes on racquet or grommets or plastic wrapper removed from the handle)
- Cayman Sports will not accept any used racquet for return. Used racquets will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
- Strung racquets will not be refunded for the price of the string.
- Shoes must be returned in new condition — show no sign of wear or use.
- Shoes must be returned in the original manufacturer’s box with no tape or shipping labels applied to the original manufacturer's box (please place the shoe box inside a shipping box for return shipping - please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box)
- Cayman Sports will not accept any used shoes for return. Used shoes will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.
Price Matching Policies
- If you find a currently available lower price on a new, identical item with a valid competitor, show us the lower price when you buy the item with Cayman Sports, we will match it.
- Competitor items must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time a price match is requested. Cayman Sports can’t honor a price match request if items are out of stock at our store at the time of the request.
- Price match will take into account any shipping and delivery fees. For example, if a competitor is offering an item at $5.95 plus $5.95 shipping, the match price will be $11.90.
- Price matching is available on unopened/unused products purchased within 10 days.
- Price match can’t be combined with other offers on the same item. Cayman Sports doesn’t match competitors’ coupons.
- Cayman Sports reserves the right to amend or update information and to correct errors at any time without prior notice.
